Hello I Am 55 Yr Old Diagnosed With Uteroid Serous

Hello I am 55 yr old diagnosed with Uteroid Serous Cancer. Last month I will b having a radical Hysterectomy on the 21st of this Month. I was told by my Oncologist, that it is a grade 3. Can you explain grade to me. The stage is unknown at this time until I have my surgery.
