I am 56 years old. I live in Chicago, Illinois. I am looking for a doctor who could perform a 'preputioplasty' procedure on me due to phimosis. I saw a urologist this morning at RUSH Presbyterian who suggested a full circumcision, but that is not what I want. Where could I go to have the preputioplasty done? Thank you very much for your advice! I don't have any means to pay for this online service because I don't carry any Credit cards. Steve H.
