Hello.. I am 58/M with T2DM for 18 yrs. My fasting BS is 138 and PP is 248. I am on tablet glucored(metformin 400+glibenclamide 2.5) twice daily. My kidney function and lipids are within normal which i took three months back. So can i take my regular tablet thrice a day or should i have to change the tablet?? Advice please.
