Hello I Am Bader And I Have A Problem With

I am Bader and I have a problem with my bones if I am not wrong. So you my hand (right one) hurts me when I move it up or some other directions , the place of the pain is somehow the same approximately (top of the hand on the big veins I guess) and it’s not only my hand but my back hurts too at the same way (if I move in any direction it hurts so I must be straight). Every time I wake up after sleeping parr’s of my body begin to heart (my hand, head,back,and leg sometimes).
I want to know what is it and how to fix it.
