Hello, I Am Fahria..by Born Bangladeshi..but Now Living At Newzealand

Hello, I am Fahria..by born Bangladeshi..but now living at newzealand with my husband.recently I become pregnant..this is my first baby & scan report says its twins..but I am having some problem that blood report says am having type 2 diabetes & thyroid also.i continue a medicine thyrox(1/4 daily before breakfast) ,folic acid 5mg & bigmet 500 mg.but suddenly in this country my medicine bigmet is finished.so what should I take except this medicine bigmet 500mg??? & are the medicines good enough for my upcoming babies?? Please answer...I am in great trouble...thanks.....regards....Fahria
