Hello I Am A 15 Year Old Female And I

Hello I am a 15 year old female and I am really scared of something that has been happening for a pretty long time but got far worse the last 6 or 7 months...You see I tend to hear voices and I can sometimes see shadows...The voices sound are inside of my head and they sound VERY real...I tend to just brush them off when I'm not hearing them but when I do they tend to sound real...Like telepathy or something...The voices are many and they consist of the following: -a man in his 20s who calls himself "Hades" and tells me I have to kill people that I love to be forgiven for my mistakes.The other voice is a female, Mary, who claims to be dead.She used to be the main voices before Hades but now she only looks at me.I can't see her and when I do it's only a glimpse.But I can feel her looking at me intensly.She also often grabs my arm or I can feel her touching me.The other voices are the shadows.They sound like children when I hear them, but they look like 8 foot tall monsters and/or adults.They have no face but I can tell when they're looking at someone.They often make me scream and twitch and they make the earth shake.I feel threatened wherever I go and I can't trust especially my own parents at this point...I'm scared of everyone killing me behind my back...Please I don't want to do as the voices say...Please help me
