Hello , I Am A 19 Year Old Very Stressed

Hello , I am a 19 year old very stressed and worried women ... I was taken advantage of and blackmailed into seeing a male ( 3 times in total ) for sex , it was unprotected all but once
It has been almost 3 months since and I am experiencing very swollen tonsils, white patches on the tonsils and some bumps on my tounge.... I am terrified that I might have HIV
Especially because I do have a partner who is still with me knowing about this incident and he now has a cold , which I'm thinking is related to my symptoms and must mean HIV because really what is the coincidence!? I am going to the doctors for another test ( hade one 3 months ago ) but it won't be for a few days and I have been stressing non stop and can't stop crying
If I have HIV and gave it to my partner my life is completely ruined plus I've ruined another life ...
