I am a 20 year old African American male and I have found that I am unable to enjoy vaginal intercourse. There seems to be a lack of sensitivity in my penis and I am unable to achieve an orgasm. However, with some effort I can maintain an erection. Additionally, I find that I don't have that problem achieving an orgasm when I masturbate, but masturbation does become arduous unless I manually stimulate my nipples. So, given this context, I have two questions. 1. What is causing my lack of enjoyment during sex? 2. Is it normally to essentially need nipple stimulation in order to achieve an orgasm?
