Hello, I am a 22 year old female. I have a lump on the left side of my throat that I was told would go away if I upped my iron intake. I have done so and the lump is still there. It doesn't cause me any pain but some days it feels bigger than others. I have also recently developed another lump, similar in size, on the right side of my pubic area. This lump does hurt and it has become nearly the size of a golf ball. What could be causing these?
