Hello I Am A 23 Year Old Female I Have

I am a 23 year old female
I have small orange spots on the back of my throat and I seem to have had a congested throat for a long time now. I also feel like I have thick saliva which I feel I need to swallow harder a few times to push it down my throat. As far as I'm aware when I was younger I had my tonsils removed and they look like they have grown back however on my left tonsil I have some orange bits and behind my tonsil I have a white patch which seems to fade when I drink cold water then comes back more bold. I don't smoke and I drink alcohol. My throat is not sore and I also have a yellow spot looking thing behind my tongue on the left side of my epiglottis. I'm hoping it's nothing serious but really hope my question can get answered. Thank you
