Hello.. I Am A 24 Year Old Male From Uganda..

Hello.. I am a 24 year old male from Uganda.. I have had flu for the past 3 and a half years now... This condition doesn't stop , it's constant..I have tried many medications from different pharmacies but they all just reduce the rate of mucus ejaculation from my nose. It doesn't go away. When the medication is complete, it again returns strongly... I always have this condition, even when we are in dry periods in our country where the sun is too hot.. I always have to move with atleast 2 or 3 handkerchiefs a day because of this condition.... In the mornings when I have woken up ,the sneezing is even worse..I sometimes even cough out flu Spartans with blood in it... This condition has gotten me confused because, it seems not to be allergic rhinitis since rhinitis is normally only during the rainy or cold seasons. It also doesn't seem to be sinusitis because I don't have serious nose blockages ever since this condition started, the flu is normally of a runny nature... When it seems to reach the late stage of where the mucus turns green and with alittle cough with Spartans, that normally takes like 2 to 3 weeks and then it goes back to the first stage where it's normally a runny nose..the process just continues on and on like that... I will be happy if my concern is looked into, thank you.
