Hello, I am a 24 year old that has had problems with incontinence for years. I always have to wear pads while exercising or doing any sort of running. I also have problems with my pelvis and sacrum coming out of alignment, but I'm not sure if that is related at all. I am a virgin, and have never seen a gynecologist. I have tried Kegels a few times, and although I think I am doing it correctly, I have trouble holding it for more than a few seconds at a time. I read something about trying to stop pee midstream, but I am unable to do that. Can the problem be fixed with more Kegel exercises? Or is it something that I need to see a specialist for?
