Hello. I Am A 25 Year Old Male Who Has

Hello. I am a 25 year old male who has had persistent nausea, mid and lower back pain, and weight loss for 6 months now. I am extremely concerned about pancreatic cancer. However, I had an ultrasound done (4 months ago), a CA 19-9 test (2 months ago), and an MRI without contrast and MRCP (2 months ago). Given that, from what I've read, nausea and back pain are usually caused only when the tumor grows large enough to press on the spine or the stomach, is it even POSSIBLE that all of these tests could have missed a pancreatic tumor? AT ALL? Also, will an MRCP detect a tumor anywhere in pancreas, or only at ducts? My hope is that if the tumor were causing back pain and nausea, it would for sure be picked up by MRI/MRCP. Is this true?
