Hello, I am a 25year old female. This evening I slipped in my shower and fell out landing on my hip/thigh outside on the edge my ankled rolled.Bruising has started but I can't sit or touch the spot that hit the edge of my tub with crying out in pain. I can barely put weight on my leg and walk a couple feet. What should I do?
