Hello I Am A 26 Year Old Female And I

Hello I am a 26 year old female and I have a small lump in between my vagina and anus. It is painful to have sex or a bowel movement, it feels like it is ripping my skin and then feels like it is on fire. I have seen 2 family practice doctors who both said they believed it was a cyst. I saw a colon specialist who said it was not a cyst and a surgeon who also didn't think it was a cyst and is having me go in for an MRI because he thinks it could be a fistula. I don't think it is because I have no other symptoms. Any other suggestions?
