Hello, I Am A 26 Year Old Female Experiencing A

Hello,
I am a 26 year old female experiencing a sudden onset of shooting pains in my upper and lower abdomen associated with tightness and shooting pains in my chest as well. I started feeling "off" about 2 days ago when I started having a constant dull pain in my lower left region,possibly near my ovary or Fallopian tube , which has gotten worse with time. All of this is getting worse with time. No nausea, no diarrhea, no indegestion or heartburn. I do from time to time feel gassy and feel the "bubble gut" feeling however find it hard to Actually pass gas. I was in the hospital about a week ago for stomach pain and was told I have a possible incisional hernia where my appendix was removed. I am still waiting to follow up with a surgeon to confirm that, as they did not perform any scans or ultra sounds to actually be sure that is my diagnosis. Not sure if it would be related. I suppose my question is, what do you think is going on? And what should I do? Thank you so much
