Hello, I Am A 27 Year Old White Female. I

Hello, I am a 27 year old white female. I have these "things" on the palms of my hands. They look like calluses, ones that have already hardened and have the white scab on the top. I only know this because I used to get them often as a child from the playground monkey bars, but I have not done any sort of activity with my hands to cause a callus. Also they are EXREMELY itchy. About 7-8 days ago it started out as just dry itchy skin on the palm on my left hand where 3 of the callus looking bumps appeared about 3-4 days later, now the itching has popped up on my right palm, but no bumps/calluses yet. I thought maybe warts but they have not spread anywhere else on my body. What could they be? Should I go to the doctor's? Please help, this excessive itching is quite a nuisance.
