Hello, I Am A 30 Yr Old Female With Type

Hello, I am a 30 yr old female with type 2 diabetes, I have had a horrible pounding headache in my frontal lobe area and the feeling of being hit by a truck in my body, I am very aggitated and sleepy I just cant seem to be up for any period of time; it is going on for 24 hrs now. My blood sugar was at 350 before eating a meal. Are these bad signs should I go to the E.R.?
