Hello, I Am A 33 Yr Old Caucasian Male. I

Hello, I am a 33 yr old Caucasian male. I currently have a painful right epididymis when palpating. This has been present for a month or two. The left is asymptomatic. I had a chlamydia test done approximately 2 months ago and also had a penile and testicular exam done. The practitioner said everything was normal as there was no pain present at the time and the results of the STD exam came back negative. I had the test done because a former girlfriend had told me she tested positive. The last time we were sexually active together was in late December 2014. Besides the right epididymal pain, i have right ingiunal pain, tiredness, and low back pain that has been present off and on. Visits to the chiropractor have alleviated the low back pain from time to time by having my SI adjusted on the right. I am wondering if the STD test could have been a false negative, and I have been carrying this bacteria with me since December. Could this be causing my symptoms?
