Hello I Am A 33 Yr Old Woman And Trying

Hello I am a 33 yr old woman and trying to conceive since last 8 months. I was diagnosed by PCOS last month and didnot get my periods for 45 days. So My doctor gave me Tab deviry 10 mg. I still didnt get my periods after the course of Deviry was completed. She then put me on Novelon for 1 month. She said that after 21 days i will get my periods and i will be put on metformin. I had an abortion 4 years back.so once my harmones get regularise and i start taking metformin, will i be able to concieve naturally? i have gained 4 kgs of weight due to PCOS. will that be reduced by Novelon and later metformin?
