Hello ..I am a 34 years old ..have had 3 kids ..last was c-section. ..had tube tied as well ....ive always had hard periods ex. Headaches , nausea, blood clots since i was a teenager ... i am also anemic and started having extremely heavy periods (overnight pads in a hour gushing over down legs large blood clots) had a thermal ablation in June this year. .my periods lightened a little at first , but now I have been bleeding heavy for the past 3 months with a week in between..if I'm lucky . ..it seems like it is getting worse each month .. I take my iron daily but I'm still extremely tired ....
