Hello, I am a 36 old year man. I am a little overweight. I used to smoke cigarettes and take marijuana occasional. I quieted both a year ago. I have this problem recurring while i am asleep.It is a problem with my breathing while i am sleeping. I suddenly become conscious that i am asleep and unable to breath, or move, or speak. Last night it happened to me I tried to wake up but i couldn't speak, move or breath,I was very suffocated and felt i am about to die. I tried to touch my wife who is sleeping by my side for help, but I found it impossible to move my hand. Then after a couple of minuets (that is what i could guess because i am in a semi wake state) I waked up.
