Hello,
I am a 36 year old woman who went in for a ct scan on Tuesday. I have a lump in my neck...they injected the dye and all was well. About an hour after I began having terrible stomach cramps that were steady and felt like really bad gas or something...I had to lay down most of the day..I did have a little diarrhea maybe 2 or so times but not bad. This was yesterday. Now it is the following night and I have had terrible stomach cramps on and off all day... They seem to be getting better...I was wondering is this a side effect from the dye? If I have to have more scans with dye should I make my doctor aware of this? I have been feeling awful for two days now....Thank you for your time.
