Hello, I Am A 37 Year Old Female, Overweight But

Hello,
I am a 37 year old female, overweight but overall health is good. Over the past 3 months, I have developed a prominent indentation on the right side of my skull, running along side the sagittal suture. It is appx 2 inches long. I noticed today, there is also one forming on the left side of the sagittal suture. I have no neurological deficits, no vision or hearing impairment. I have suffered headaches since I was a small child. I have noticed no difference in migraine symptoms and a triptan will rid the headache when taken. I have had a CT with and without contrast. The results were unremarkable. Unsure of which labs my PCP ordered but "all were WNLs." I'm at a loss for a diagnosis. Any ideas of what this might be?
