Hello I Am A 39 Year Old African American Man.

Hello I am a 39 year old African American man. I have spondylthisis and pars defect needless to say I've been on bed rest and I've gain 60lbs in a year, and for the last month I've been having soreness in my right breast and when I squeeze it I noticed a clear sticky fluid that comes out, and my question is does this fluid have anything to do with the weight gain or is this a bother problem that needs to be addressed?
