Hello, I Am A 39 Year-old Female And I Noticed

Hello, I am a 39 year-old female and I noticed this morning that I have something that appears to be edema-like in appearance, approximately 2 inches below my belly button. Throughout the day this has spread laterally in both directions, now almost to both ASIS points on the pelvis. I have never had this happen before and do not know what it is. I am in very good health otherwise. Do you have any Idea as to what this could be?
