Hello, I Am A 39 Yr Old Woman. I Have

Hello, I am a 39 yr old woman. I have had 2 x strokes (left vertebral artery ruptured). I get high blood pressure when I'm in pain. I have a history of stones, that is when my bp became uncontrollable 2 yrs. ago before strokes. I have blood in my urine and DR sent me for a CT. It found that I have a 1mm calculus seen in the upper pole of the left kidney & 2 x 1-2mm calculi in the lower pole of right kidney. Also, I passed one the day before i saw the DR. I always have problems with my stones getting stuck and cutting me all the way down. I am waiting on them to call me with an appt. with the urologist. I am wondering what my options might be. Also, when do you know if you should go to ER if DR is closed?
