Hello, I Am A 41 Year Female With A HX

Hello, I am a 41 year female with a HX of Scolosis and recently had a bone density test done after going to primary for back pain. Bone density test had a result of Osteoporsis. I was told to take Calcium and Vitamin D and given Flexril for pain. The flexril does not help at all and I'm concerned that I haven't hit menopause yet, and it could be more debilitating as I get older. Any suggestions? Thank you.
