Hello... I Am A 41 Year Old Male. I Recently

Hello... I am a 41 year old male. I recently shaved my genital area, not the first time I have done so. I have gotten a slight rash from it before and it went away in a few days... This time the rash is hanging around longer than usual. It has gone down some but not away. It is on my lower stomach area above the public region mostly. There is nothing on my penis or testicles. They do not itch nor is there any discharge from them. There is no discomfort, swelling, pain while urinating, etc. Any recommendations on what to use to clear this up?
