Hello, I Am A 41-year-old Male With A Past Medical

Hello, I am a 41-year-old male with a past medical history of sinusitis, allergic cold and cough, turning into asthma-type symptoms. Now, I am having persistent cough with thick green/yellow phlegm (sometimes thread/strands like sputum) and some breathing difficulties. With coughing, I feel tried and the chest feels heavy. I was prescribed Predmet 16 mg (1-0-0) and Innodrox (Prulifloxacin, 1-0-0) along with asthalin inhaler. Invariably I will have runny nose with lots of sneezing. Please suggest me to get rid of the cough and also long term solution for cold symptoms (runny nose) and sneezing.
