Hello, I Am A 43 Year Old Male 5'4 175

Hello, I am a 43 year old male 5'4 175 lb. I've been working out going on 4 months 6 days a week (weight training and cardio every other day). I use to weigh 200 with a 30% body fat now down to 23% body fat. I've had a history of PVC/PAV stress and panic attacks. Although I haven't had an attack in over 3 years. However I use to get "skipped/paused" heartbeats when resting but it was every other week, months. Ever since I started to workout the irregular heartbeats stopped. Today I lifted weights on an empty stomach. I felt light headed but kept going. After a while I paced myself and I was feeling normal. It was also the first time I used a waist band to help me sweat more. Right after one of my bench press sets I felt my heart fluttering for 5-10 seconds I needed to walk it off and took the waist band off immediately and drank some water. During those scary 5-15 seconds I felt dizzy, fear, and perhaps softness of breath, but at the same time I just got upright away. Soon after the episode I got myself together and continued with my workout. I felt so normal after and actually had a very good workout. What could of been the cause of this? I've had several heat stress tests/EKG's done within the last 7 years. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Thank you
