Hello. I Am A 43 Years Old Male With A

Hello. I am a 43 years old male with a 9-5 job. I was diagnosed with DMT2 based on a fasting sugar of 190mg/dl and then an HB1Ac came out to be 7.0%. Triglycerides were 800!! As I am not overweight I was put on Glucophage 500mg OD with Night meal and Fenofibrate 200mg OD at night.
By avoiding sweets and a regular walk brought down my HB1AC to 6.0 % and still there. I being an Asian eat White Breads during meals and no othet Carb source is worth mentioning.
I became a lot worried when this morning I woke up and found my FBS to be 215!! I repeated twice but the same result. By the way i brought down my triglycerides to 250 already.
Can u pls guide me as to how much worried i should be and what should i be doing now?
