I had preventive open heart surgery in 2008 to repair a rapidly growing aneurysm.

I am healthy but I need a hernia operation.
During pre testing the ekg shows a probable myocardial infarction, old

I get ekg's fairly often. My cardiologist seems concerned because this one is quite different than my last 4-5.

Should I be concerned?
