Hello, I Am A 46 Year Old Female Who Has

Hello, I am a 46 year old female who has been experiencing intense pain on the back of my head from start of hair line to mid ear for a few days now. Ive been getting a constant pain right side that just sits there difficult to turn my head as well. I do suffer from long term migraines as well family history. What can I do to make this pain go away?
