Hello. I Am A 47 Year Old Female That Is

Hello. I am a 47 year old female that is a medical mess. No money to be seen by a regular Dr.. Can you tell me what it means when I can no longer control my bladder? I am having a hard time being able to tell when I have to go to the bathroom to do both!! And I am worried also that I am bipolar. I stay awake for days at a time and not get sleepy. Mood changes. Do not want to even leave house anymore. How can I tell the difference between being depressed and being bipolar?
