Hello, I Am A 47 Yr Old WM With Extensive

Hello, I am a 47 yr old WM with extensive surgery to my subclavian artery, I've had several bypasses in this area, This morning I noticed the area red and swollen at the graft site, it is painful to the touch. it has probably been 20 years since i had my last surgery. I don't want to go to an ER if I can get out of it. I don't have the money for this I thought the firs one was free. sorry to waste your time.
