Hello, I Am A 49 Year Old Female With Normally

Hello,
I am a 49 year old female with normally excellent health and fitness levels. Lately I believe I may have either a bladder infections or a UTI. I have never had either my entire life, so I'm not certain.
I am experiencing a sudden urgent need to urinate, and sometimes very unproductive. The urine is cloudy, which is highly unusual for me, and it feels like I still need to go more but nothing happens.
I will take antibiotics, if imperative, but would take a natural, alternate route first if it is effective as I protect my digestion and bacteria in my stomach very closely. I feel that antibiotics greatly disrupt the balance of good bacteria in the gut.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance,
