Hello. I Am A 49 Yr Old Black Female. I

Hello. I am a 49 yr old black female. I have high blood pressure, asthma. I do take my meds as required. For the last 5 days now I have been extremely nauseated, I break out sweating or I am cold. I haven't vomited but I have multiple bowel movements 5-7 per day which are very soft. I drink plenty of water am not a heavy drinker non-smoker. I feel very light headed. I try to eat but I am always nauseated and the sweating is all day and night. I have not been able to sleep. Don't want to go to hospital but I am worried. Had my gallbladder removed 12/10/2015.
