Hello I Am A 50 Year Old Man Now When

Hello I am a 50 year old man now when I was 48 years old on approximately 1/1/14 i went to emergency room with high blood pressure 200/150 heart rate went to 150. I had two days of cardiac testing on found nothing wrong with cardiovasuclar system. no stroke nothing wrong with heart no heart attack etc... I went on HBP meds and left the hospital. Every since this event i have been struggling with my head and mind. My biggest complaint was the feeling of disequilibrium "sea legs" and having foggy thinking, Mental confusion. We thought it was HBP medication was causing and have tried different types of HBP medications like ace inhibitor, beta blocker and calcium blocker. this did not solve problem. in fact its gotten worse over time. I currently have pressure in my head , sinuses, and behind the eyes along with foggy mind and feeling of off balance "disequilibrium".
any suggestions?
