Hello, I Am A 50 Yr Old Woman Who For

Hello, I am a 50 yr old woman who for the last 3 months has been constantly bleeding vaginally. I e. Even put on tranxemic acid tablets to stop the bleeding but still have light blood loss everyday. I have black/dark brownish discharge from my right breast together with intermittent pin prick niggles on the side of the same breast. I have night sweats (only at night), headaches and alternating diahorrhea and constipation. My stools have gone from the normal brown color to mustard/orange color. Should I be worried?
