Hello, I Am A 52 Year Old Female. I Started

Hello, I am a 52 year old female. I started having terrible Migraines in 2012 after seeing a Neurologist last year. He had me have an MRI from that I found out I needed neck surgery ASAP! My C4 was cutting of my spinal cord. I had surgery June 2015. in the mean time my migraines continued. Then I stared to have all the signs of MS!! So my neurologist said he wanted me to go have an BRAIN scan and neck scan with and without contrast. In the meantime my symptoms continue to get worst. I'm having these attacks that feels like a heartache and then my body starts to shake uncontroibly it lasts form 10-30 mins. Any how my brain scan came back normal they couldn't read my neck scan because of the titanium mesh Cages. So I had a CT. SCAN Done. By now I'm exshasded. Neurologists base on the brain scan alone ruled out MS. MY QUESTION is can I still have MS WITH A NORMAL BRIAN SCAN?????? BECAUSE I HAVE ALOT OF THE OTHER SIGNS.
