I am a 53 year old female . In the last six weeks a growth similar to a raised mole has appeared on the side of my face. it started as a small spot and rapidly grew, no bleeding or puss although it started to crust over. two weeks ago my GP prescribed antibiotic cream, this has made no difference and the growth has grown. The crust has fallen off and there appears to be a small hole in the centre. Do you have any idea what this could be. I have now been referred to a dermotoligist
