Hello, I Am A 53yr Old Male Who Is An

Hello, I am a 53yr old male who is an totally out of control diabetic. My last a1c was 13. i know the seriousness of being out of control. That is not my question this is;about 7 weeks ago i got blood blister on the bottom of my (L) foot. I drained the blood and went back to work. around 3 weeks later i developed a hole in my foot.the hole has grown from the head of a pin to the size of a dime. Very smelly like infected but no puss yet continual drainage. Everyday i clean with hyd.peroxide,and dress it with triple antibiotic cream. Yet stll draining hurts and smells. what should i do?
