Hello, I Am A 55 Year Old Woman Who Has

Hello, I am a 55 year old woman who has always as long as I can remember had this odd noise when I fill my cheeks with air and blow - I hear this crinkling noise behind my ear, and if I press on it after it makes that noise it seems to get worse, doesn't really hurt, just curious as to what it could be, it is only on my right ear.
