Hello. I Am A 55 Year Old Woman With Hx

Hello. I am a 55 year old woman with hx of joint pain in many areas. I also have a shoulder injury. My doctor had put me on high doses of Aleve, which was not helpful. I started taking Advil 400 mg bid-tid. This is no longer working effectively. I decided to try Aspirin 2 tabs last night with meal and 2 tabs this am with an orange and water, 1.5 hours after breakfast. I'm at work and am experiencing dull deep ache between my shoulder blades. Is this a gastric symptoms?
