Hello, I Am A 56 Year Old Female. In Good

Hello, I am a 56 year old female. In good physical health. I came down with a head and chest cold 5 days ago that has kept me in bed. Nothing unusual about that however my question is I have a strange sensitivity to my entire back area. It is tender to the touch almost feels like a sunburn, but there is no redness or anything on my back. I have had sensitive scalp with a cold or flu in the past but never my entire back. Is this common or should I go see a doctor?
