Hello, I Am A 56 Year Old Female, Having Gone

Hello, I am a 56 year old female, having gone through menopause; yesterday I had cramps as if starting a period and today I gushed a large amount of blood and have been bleeding heavy since 11:30 am. I have been treated for HPV in the past and have had yearly pap smears that come back ok. Question, if the doctor can't get into my cervix because of a Leap (hope that's the correct name) procedure, isn't it possible she missed a cancer reading and now I'm possibly suffering from cervical cancer?
