Hello, I Am A 56 Year Old Woman With Systemic

Hello, I am a 56 year old woman with systemic lupus, chronic kidney disease, and type 2 diabetes, I am 5'2, weighing 117 pounds, and doing well considering everything. The reason I am writing is that I have been experiencing left side, off and on, head pain from the temple area radiating to the back side, itchy scalp, jaw pain, ear pain, left side neck pain., again spurratic but more severe when being active., sometimes bringing it on. I do have a few sharp head pains starting on the right side of head lately, but not to the extent of the left side. This has been occurring since March of this year. These symptoms have been off and on, increasingly more frequent, although the headache has lasted a few days during that period of time. A non-contrast CT was been done that was completely normal and am now waiting to have a MRI tomorrow. My SED rate was 120 but was retested a week later and was 23., the CRP was normal as well but the RBC has been low for over a year.
Please give me a direction to take if the MRI is normal.
Thank you
