Hello-I Am A 56 Yr Old Woman Who Has Had

Hello-I am a 56 yr old woman who has had a hysterectomy 15 yrs ago and still have my ovaries. Do I still need to have a pap smear or is there another test I can take to make sure all is well? And do you recommend anything that is natural that works for hot flashes and decreased libido? Thank you
