Hello, I am a 57 yr old female. Four the last four months I have had ulcers in my mouth continually, and now my gums are painful. I have a sore throat and today my headaches are almost unbearable. No temp. My neck is stiff. Head feels congested, as well as chest but no productive cough or runny nose. No appetite as well.
